OUTLET ORDERS:
When placing an outlet order for Dine-in or Takeaway, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they are at the store when placing the order to ensure service of fresh food.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS:
When you use any of Munchester services, or reach us via email, you are establishing a communication with us, thereby confirming your consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail / text message / WhatsApp. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

All content included in or made available through any of the availed service, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips and data compilations is the property of Munchester or its content suppliers and shall be protected and governed by laws of the land in India. Any unwarranted copy of content is strictly prohibited and illegal.

In addition, graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names included in or made available through any service are trademarks or service marks of Munchester or its affiliates or its content suppliers does not get any right for copying or using the same by availing the services.
YOUR LOGIN ACCOUNT:

You agree to accept responsibility for the authenticity of the information and for all activities that occur under your account or password. However, Munchester reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion with no damage or demure payable to you.
RISK OF LOSS:
All items purchased through electronic mode through this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (shipping partner) for dispatch.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
The Munchester services and all information, content, materials, products (including software) and other services included on or otherwise made available to you through the website services are provided by Munchester on an “as is” and “as available” basis, unless otherwise specified in writing. You explicitly agree that your use of the Munchester services is at your sole risk.
To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Munchester disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. DISPUTES:
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any Munchester Products / Service, or to any products or services sold or distributed by Munchester or through www.munchester.in will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Gujarat.
We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action.
GENERAL SHIPPING RULES:
- Shipping details while booking should be correct and any delay in delivery due to wrong details will be the sole responsibility of the customer only.
- For National delivery all orders placed post 5:00 pm shall be processed for dispatch within 24 hours only and delivered to you as per the given timelines.
- For National delivery any order placed/booked on a late weekend i.e. on Saturday post 5:00 pm will be automatically processed for dispatch on Monday or on the Next Working day evening. There is no courier service or pickups on Sunday or on any Government Holiday hence we have restricted dispatch timelines due to the limited shelf life of our products.
- Orders booked during any festival month, might be delayed in dispatch/delivery in comparison to its normal delivery timelines due to several reasons like, shortage of stock, or overloaded shipments for delivery.
- Orders booked on the last two days of every Month will be processed for dispatch/pickup on the next working day.
Shipping Timeline and Charges for City Orders:
- Standard delivery charge of Rs.100 per order.
- Delivery timeline (measured as the distance between the outlet fulfilling the order and the delivery location):
- 0 – 3 km – within 30 mins of order acceptance by outlet
- 3 – 5 km – within 45 mins of order acceptance by outlet
Shipping Timeline and Charges for National Delivery:
- Applicable shipping charge per order is as follows:
- For orders below 5000/-, Rs. 200 or 10% of the cart value, whichever is higher, will be applicable.
- For orders above 5000/-, no delivery charge will be applicable.
- Delivery timeline (determined by delivery location):
- NCR: 48 hrs
- Metro Cities: 2 – 4 days
- Non-metro Cities: 5 – 7 days
Shipping Timeline and Charges for International Delivery:
- Applicable shipping charge per order is as follows:
- For orders below 10 kg, Rs. 600 will be applicable.
- For orders above 10 kg Rs. 450 will be applicable.
- Delivery timeline (determined by delivery location): within 3 – 5 days
